fresh food hot breakfast faulty handle safety issue

The staff showed friendliness. I appreciated the hot breakfast they offered each morning. The food tasted fresh. I liked having breakfast early. It was all fresh.

The handle for the shower to bath was faulty. I could not take a bath. The inside of the shower was lower than the outside. There was no handle to hold onto when getting out. This created a safety issue

night noise loud air conditioning

i wish the hotel had told me about the work before i booked. the noise at night was bothersome. the air conditioning was also loud, a constant hum.
